How Does A Split System Work?
The system is divided into two halves, one having an outdoor condenser unit and the other an interior fan coil unit.
The fan coil draws in warm air from within a space, extracts it, and replaces it with cool air to provide cooling. Conversely, the heat pump produces hot air by operating in reverse when heating.
While Multi-head Systems enable the regulation of up to nine rooms with a single outdoor unit, Split Systems are best suited for installation in single rooms and open-plan areas.
